We went to Muelrath Pumpkin Farm. They have a cute little corn maze, a hay pyramid, pumpkin sling shot, a hay ride out through the pumpkin patch, and of course, lots of pumpkins. The kids had a great time. They guys and kids all tried the pumpkin sling shot. If you got a pumpkin in the barrel you won a free $5 pumpkin. Chris came so close his first shot that he had to try a few more times. Unfortunately he didn't get one in the barrel. Amanda, with Clay's help was the only one to get her pumpkin in the barrel and win a free one. It was fun to watch.
Knowing that Bryce would want a huge pumpkin, we made a rule that he had to be able to pick up the pumpkin. He tried several huge pumpkins before settling on a more reasonable sized one he could pick up.
